I have been a licensed realtor for 8 years, but have been associated with Donavon Realty since 1994. Early on in my real estate career, I was lucky enough to sell in the height of the market. However, we all know how difficult real estate has been lately. In the last 4 years throughout this declining market, I have helped many people with their real estate needs. In addition to my Real Estate career, I have been remodeling homes for more than 15 years. This experience has proven invaluable, as it has enabled me to more accurately evaluate a property and determine the cost of any remodeling or repair.
